SA8+1 Youth Powerhouse Initiative

Model Assembly, Satyawati Academy, Nepal

The SA8+1 Youth Powerhouse Initiative successfully convened more than one hundred young delegates at Satyawati Academy in Nepal. Participants engaged in structured parliamentary simulations, presenting policy proposals, debating key issues, and practicing responsible decision-making.

This program demonstrated the confidence, preparation, and leadership potential of Nepal’s emerging youth representatives. Their performance reflects the growing commitment of young South Asians to democratic values, constructive dialogue, and community-driven solutions and the SA8+1 Youth Council extends its sincere appreciation to the Chief Attorney of Sudurpaschim Province, who attended as the Chief Guest. His presence and insights provided valuable guidance and strengthened the educational impact of the session.

This initiative reaffirms SA8+1’s mission to prepare young leaders with the skills, discipline, and vision necessary to contribute meaningfully to regional development and good governance.

The SA8+1 Youth Parliamentary Leadership Initiative continued its successful implementation at the Lotus Eye Model Parliament in Attariya Kailali, Nepal. The program served as an essential platform for strengthening parliamentary understanding, leadership training, and civic engagement among young participants.

Delegates actively took part in structured parliamentary activities, fostering critical thinking, public speaking, and collaborative problem-solving.
